While trolling around Al Gore's ingenious invention this morning, stumbled on this report about weird gangs. Two were Japanese as appear in the title. The remaining three were from other places. Based on my time on Okinawa, don't think the author got everything correct, however, his perspective was interesting. I did like his description of Japan; "the place where logic and reason go to die."
